|
|
I'm new on this forum and have a general question:
Does anyone know if there are those who do free-liners and or voice work? for example maybe someone else with a small operation webstation or lowpower fm willing to exchange voice work to help each other out ... etc.. or someone who just enjoys doing it and don't mind helping out with a smaller operation.
any ideas on this from anyone?
thanks. |

I may not be speaking for all, but, unless you are involved with a charity that is close to someone's heart here, you are probably barking up the wrong tree. |

There is a site...I won't mention it but everybody knows it. Delivering the best product at reasonable rates is our responsibilty. Freebies, unless it's for a friend in a worthwhile charity....out of the question. |

This seems to be turning into an anonymous tea party.
I believe that, on occasion, most of us would donate voice services to a worthy cause. In the beginning of my career, I did a few pieces of gratis work for college students.
Under the right circs, working for free can be a great way to get a chance to do work you might otherwise not encounter. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Accepting free or low pay voice work in the beginning of your career to get experience and exposure can be beneficial. Just figure out when not to do it so you don't hurt yourself or others in the business.
