I was just looking over the website for the ConCarolinas and noticed ANOTHER familiar name. Right above yours is Cheralyn Lambeth. She is a semi-regular to my Pub Quiz I run at Ri-Ra every Tuesday night.

Kara- I know this one may be a bit far from you to check out but as an FYI for anyone who may be around these parts, the San Diego Comicon is really big stuff in these parts. It's July 26-29th in San Diego.
There are always very cool forums with cartoonists, anime artists, game and voiceover folks, film doods and mo'. People really get into this. They get decked out as their favorite characters. Really WILD!

Bobbin, that con looks like a comicebook fan's dream! There is a great movie starring Ben Affleck and Kevin Smith and several others that is based around a con like this. I can't think of the name- but it's fantastic!
It reminds me of WizardWorld in Chicago. What a madhouse!

What an amazing thing. That camera guy was about to blow a gasket watching you do that with your Japanese counterpart. What an amazing board this is. I am in awe of the amazingly talented people here who I can talk to and learn from. Thanks Kara and congratulations!

That's terrible! Sounds like he went missing well after the con was over. Also sounds like he was headed back towards western NC and not Wilmington. Strange- I will keep him in my thoughts and hope he calls home soon!
