Wow Amanda! A 54? You would beat my husband and his golf buddy who play all the time! (just don't tell them...ok?)
About work...most of mine actually is local! From local production studios that use me, to individual clients that use me from my home studio...
Outside of that, word of mouth or random hits on my site...
I haven't joined any groups...considering the local commerce probably wouldn't do my voice type any good...maybe the PTA?? Man- I really gotta have a little bambino...or bambina! _________________ Threadjackers local 420

Oddly enough, three places:
Local barber (which is a well known men's salon and has a radio show hosted in there every week or so)
Union League of Philadelphia
Infragard meetings (I'm still trying to figure this one out) _________________ Voiceovers by Gregory Houser

My dad was on the board of directors for Toastmasters for many years. He was an amazing speaker and writer...he loved it! _________________ Threadjackers local 420

Random hits on my site and (believe it or not) the old Stars 'n Site listing.
Just refusing to leave the party and continuing to plug away has it rewards.
This board is always a really good reality-check. The advise and expereince are something rarely found in a field as competitive as ours.
It's sure helped me personally.
This is turning out to be a very exciting year with alot of new clients, new venues to work in media-wise and a really excitng opportunity for
representation that I hope I'll be able to talk about soon. _________________ Wicked huge.....in India.
