CAH-roll vWoy -TEE-luh

It's a very soft, almost imperceptible "v" followed by a "w" sound
So sort of a mix of what Bob said

Purse your lips together to almost a pucker:
Start with the soft v - puckerup - "w" - oy - TEE - luh

...all together now! Wink
