Every day I check a bunch of bookmarked websites in an effort to find work. They are:

Craig's List
Entertainment Careers
IFP
Voice123
Production Hub
Playbill
Mandy

These are voiceover sites as well as acting and production work sites. I'm looking for more! Where do you pan for gold?

Tom,

What sections do you normally scan on CL for jobs?

And which of these have you found paying gigs for?

Hey RogNog,

Don't be too surprised if folks don't flock to this thread to spill their hard-won lists of VO work sources.

I have spent years cultivating a roster of producers and agents, and a few websites that post work.
It's my treasure!
. . . and I earned it.

There's certainly nothing wrong with your sharing, but I think most folks will not be as forthcoming.

Jeff, of the sites I listed only Craig's List and V123 have yielded revenue. As for Mandy, I subscribe to the daily email. It sends me all jobs on the NY/NJ area.

Bob, on Craig's List I go to the NYC CL and look in the Jobs: TV/Film/Video link.

I'm sure that there are better sites to troll every day. That's why I'm looking for more.

Deirdre, thanks for the input concerning a possible lack of feedback. I don't know how anyboady else feels, but places like this and my Good Karma Network are meant to places of fun, learning, and comraderie in which we can all benefit. I am more than happy to share all of my VO knowledge with anyone who cares to ask. For those that feel the need to "hoard their treasure", avast ye scurvy dogs! My wealth comes from giving...

Tom,
I thought perhaps you were mostly looking in your area. I was curious about searching nationwide. It doesn't seem possible though. Bummer.

UPDATE: Ahh, there IS a way to search all cities!

I can't remember where I saw this, but it's a great quote:
