				| Hi gang,
Another group I frequent added a neat feature to their forum...so, I appropriated the idea for us. Should be fun to see where everyone is located and even put a face with the name if you like. visit http://www.frappr.com/greatvoices and click on the "add me" link on the right side of the page.

 Dave

				| That was/is great!
Got a kick out of zooming in on the satellite map and seeing my home from wa-a-a-y up there.

Seeing all of you is also a kick
, now we can put the names to the faces and places.
 Thanks to all!

				| Hello, Dave,
My pleasure. Agreed, it is interesting to the see the faces of those with whom I communicate somewhat clandestinely! However, I maintain that I have a much better face for voiceover!

Thanks for finding and posting the link!

And, nice to see you all.

				| Thanks, Dave and hello all,
Really good to put faces and locations to all the names. For some reason my location and Map It link haven't popped up in my entry. No doubt a techno failure on my part - nothing unusual there. Does anyone know what I did wrong and whether I can fix it?

I'm looking forward to seeing loads more of you up there before long.

 Cheers
 Simon

				| Judas Priest, Phil-- you're in the arctic circle. Come bring your swim suit and spend a warmer winter with us here in Maine.

				| Artic is miles away but we do get the northern lights here and during the summer there's the midnight sun. At this time of year it will start getting dark a little after 3pm.
I don't think I'm the furthest north but may be the closest to the sea. My house is about 100 yards walk from the shoreline. If you look at the map you are able to zoom in close enough to get to my street (Cathcart Street) and then go to satellite you can clearly see the outline of Buckie harbour which is about 3 miles east of me. All clever stuff. The photo was taken at the aforementioned harbour. The coat in my photo? I bought that for a reason!!

				| Just so you know-- Camp Cooper isn't in the pasture. The Map placed my arrow in some wild country.
We're way the hell over byt the junction of Rtes 236 and 4.

				| Well, you can always use Google Earth and look in people's back yards with great clarity. _________________

Man, I love your "shout" - ISDN is a wonderful thing!

Too bad no one in my area has the budget for it anymore

This is a testament to how broad the industry has become - just a small sample of talent that are gathered here on this board, but yet we're so far apart.

Man, it's sooooo much better than HAM radio... CQ?
