Does anyone have a list of all that is necessary to set up an internet broadcast? What it takes etc??? I'm thinking about doing something along these lines and am wondering how to go about it.
Thanks! |

Are you wanting to Podcast or stream a radio broadcast on the interent? Podcasts are just mp3 files that you download and write a RSS file so that subscribers can automatically download fresh/updated content. |

If you are thinking of an internet radio station type of "broadcast" you will find most everything you need to know at www.live365.com (they even have subscriptions that cover the ASCAP and BMI licensing fees). _________________ . Oh...almost forgot. If you want to produce an internet PodCast there is a free (PayPal Donations rquested) program named PodProducer. I think it's for Windows only, but it allows you to produce and upload your PodCast as well as writes the RSS.XML code for your file. You do the pogram live from beginning to end with effects and no editing except for a "pause" button. |
