Would this by any chance be the project for which we both auditioned? And for which I too was told I was on said shortlist? I haven't thought about it again until reading your note.

THIS was my Sunday Afternoon Football. His mom uses words like "cute" and "adorable". I told her she's only allowed to use words like "tough" and "cool". She vetoed me.

I just got the scripts, so it looks like I'm in! And suddenly it's split between a man and a woman, so the entire shortlist of two got hired. Any word on anyone else?

Thanks everyone! Not a very big gig... just (a lead role in) a video game proof of concept for an established company. But I'm hoping to parlay that into getting to do the real game if it's green-lighted. Even though it looks like Mary's avatar is about to kick my butt, I'm afraid I'm all NDA'd, so I can't share any other details right now.

Distraction?... I'll give you distraction!... 1st assignment on Sunday, guarding the SD Chargers Cheerleaders locker room ... 15 boring minutes later I'm reassigned to the loge level. I'm dealing with drunks, but a great view of the game! Too bad Chicago!... San Diego 14 Bears 3.
