Living out here in geek heaven certainly has it's advantages. Except that I've managed to find myself wanting a piece of gear that is not actually available here.
So.....
Dos anyone know of an online US based electronics store that can export to Japan and accepts PayPal. I want to get a Palm TX, but all the stores that I've found won't export it.
Or.....
Would anyone be (pretty please!!) kind enough to let me use their address for the order and be willing to post it on to me? I really hate to ask this, but I've found no other way to do it. Of course, I'll be able to cover the postage plus some via PayPal.
I might even be able to get you a couple of lines in a major, upcoming video game release! (paid of course..but it really is just a couple of lines.)
How's that for incentive?
Cheers.

Maiku
I've owned a few web stores in my day. I am a verified Premier Paypal Business Member and I could help out here. Did you try palm.com? If so what place would you like to order to from? I would prefer the following:
You paypal me the total amount for the unit, shipping to me and shipping to you. I can ship internationally.
Let me know.
Thanks
Ryan

Hell's bells, Maiku. I'll buy you one and send it.
It's not that much trouble to send some thing to Japan from here.
Send me a link to the thing you want and I'll get it for ya. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Thanks all!
This is great. I have about 100 characters in this game, so I figure I could auction off half of them to you guys and have all the food and Blu-tac I need for the next year AND save my client a fair bit of cash. Cool. That Voice123 business model 'aint too bad after all.
Seriously though, Many thanks for all the offers. VO people are the best!
The winner is...well, I'll keep her identity secret for fear of recriminations from other board members, but she IS the boss and I'd better not offend her. .
