That's a great thought; however, I can't count how many times I've had to come in and bail out a "team" because they didn't think about having a good writer in the first place.
But, in essence, you are correct -- you have to work as a team to turn out a good project, and all members of the team should be respected for what they do.

Now, radar....there's a good word,'cause backwards, it's radar
On the other hand "desserts" backwards is what I am these days.
