Sorry to bring up this old post. Just wanted to let you know I've updated my blog links... finally.
I'm trying to increase traffic to my site and blog. I'd be happy to write a guest article or allow you to repost an article that I've written on my blog.

Ok, so far so good.
Bob, thanks for adding my publicity article to your blog.
I quite like my "how do you stay well" article I wrote yesterday, if anyone's interested. It sounds like quackery, but hey, till I get sick, I'm ok with it.
