Not sure if this is old or new. My son forwarded this link about someone who had WAY too much time on their hands when the put up Christmas lights this year. (video & audio)

I think it's a couple of years old-- but it's sure making the rounds this year!
The tune is by The Trans-Siberian Orchestra--Wizards in Winter. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Oh My Goodness! Could you imagine being the poor fool living accross the street, if the music didn't start to drive you insane after the 351st playing, the lights flashing like that all night certainly would!
Very, very cool, I'd just hate to see his electrical bill!
Is it actually real or was it animated, like Peter has suggested? _________________ Brian Forrester Voice Overs

If you want to read more on this diplay, check this out: http://www.wonderlandchristmas.com/wizardsofwinter.php
The guy lives about 30 minutes from me and broadcasts the music on a Low Power FM, so you can listen to the music and not disturb the neighbors. |

And did you know that The Netherlands has the biggest ever xmas tree? This thing is 375 meters high... the equivalent of 1162 ft. It's in the Guinness Book of Records even as we speak. I took this picture from 8 miles distance... it actually is a radio tower.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra is playing here in St. Louis just a few days before Christmas...I came accross that video and sent it to my sister last week, and she told me that she's gotten a pair of tickets as a surprise present to take our mom on the 23rd...aaaaaarrrrgh, she didnt bother to think of her only baby brother......dayum, if that piece is indicative of their musical style, I'd LOVE to catch them live. Guess I can at least buy that CD...... |
