I didn't get it either, Jeff— so it's another thing I won't accidentally be part of. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

i got joined up to something this week too! different deal, though. i was offered representation from an "agent" for $20/month. i said no thanks. yesterday i got a request for payment. marketing tactic, sure. not my kind of marketing. _________________ "i know philip banks": todd ellis

Actually, this could well be a phishing attempt to gain usernames and passwords. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing)
They send you an email about your 'account', you go to the site to try to log in, you give them your email and a password you typically use on sites like this, then they turn around and try to log in to other sites with your email & password. Like you ebay or paypal account. Etc.
If you use that password on other sites, change it on those sites. Preferably from a computer other than the one you used to try logging in to that site with, but is trusted (spouse's? friend's?). |

Hmmphh.....well, that doesn't bother me. I always use the password "brett1234" on all of my secure sites and never, never, never divulge it to anyone.... _________________ Brett

I got the email. And I'm listed on the thing too. I don't remember filling anything out with them. Plus they have me as a native of Australia. Well, duh mates. News to me! _________________ www.voiceoverdrew.com

I actually did sign up with voicespro. They're all right. I did find an agent via their network, and as it's non-exclusive, I'm now looking for an additional one. They don't have that many casting listings, but once in a while they get a juicy one.
I'm waiting to see if I managed to get in on a particular one. It seems exciting, so if I do get cast, everyone's gonna know about it!
Obviously, I'm not solely with voicespro. But the more the merrier (within reason), multiple streams of income and all that!
Cheers! _________________ Intuit and do it!

I guess I should feel - er - well - left out? Well, maybe not.
I have not received anything from Voicespro or the other one Dave Mentioned.
Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I will keep thinking it is a good thing.

Keep a log on your blog. I do. On the left toward the bottom, I have all the social networks I belong to. This allows people to connect with me on those sites. _________________ Jeff
