And I got one last week where after I enquired about his budget we agreed on price and details. I sent a confirmation email with all the details. Then he emailed me that he didn't like to haggle over price (ha!) however he got a lower quote, could I meet it. No. I could not as I had already given him a discount for being non-profit. Never heard from him again. Not sure I would like to work with someone who would pull out after agreeing to terms anyway.
