So here I am, all the equipment on and ready to go...when the landscapers at one of the neighbor's houses fire up all their stuff. I'm in a Whisper Room, but you can still hear the stuff through the mic.
The thing is, these same guys were here yesterday, directly across the street from where they are right now. Who schedules things like that?
Our condo complex has been in the process of being painted also, and this past week they've finally gotten around to doing ours. Dudes are not quiet.

Oh well. Beats sitting in the traffic mess I'm hearing about on the radio right now.

Hello! As I'm typing this, one of the painter dudes just looked in my window. I'm in the upstairs bedroom. Good thing I decided to wear clothes to work today.

Aside from asking why the painter is looking inside your windows instead of painting the house, I'd be sorely tempted to do something outrageous if I'd had the opportunity (set the room as a dungeon, a tribal altar, have a bunch of muppets running around the room... that sort of thing).

I'm weird like that Wink
