|
|
I've upgraded to a Mackie 1220 with Firewire, so I now have for sale a 4 year-old Mackie 1202 VLZ Pro mixer / pre-amp. I have used this in my non-smoking voice-over studio on hundreds of VO projects, and have NEVER had a problem with it. This legendary mixer goes for around $150 plus $25 or so for S&H, according to completed auctions on eBay. (My eBay ID is fearlessraccoon; I am trying here and on Craigslist first). The mixer comes with powercord and original Mackie owners manual.
There are 4 channels of Mackie mic pre's with direct ins/outs; 8 channels of line level; 2 bus channels and 2 aux. channels. Main outs, control room outs, and headphone jack. Each channel has a 3 band e.q. with pan, volume, and aux. controls. Lots of features packed into a small package great for studio or live.
I'm asking $125 if you pick it up in Chicago, add $25 if you need me to ship it to you (CONUS only, please). PayPal is MUCH preferred. I may also have some other extra gear for sale here soon. _________________ Best regards,

A big thumbs-up from me on the 1202 VLZ Pro as well... I've had one for almost 4 years, great piece of gear for the money. _________________ Chris Rice - Noisemaker

I have 2 of these and I love 'em. One for the studio and the other for the road, whether for recording students or for when I'm playing drums (I mic my bass drum so I can hear it).
A real workhorse pre and mixer. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

We also have a couple of 1202s ... and need another. If we can't find one close at hand.... I may call you.... if it's not sold. I know it won't last long. _________________ Wild Willie Edwards

Dang! I just picked one of these up from BSW as B-stock. I have heard so many good things about these that I just could not resist. |

Sold to a local guy via Craigslist. Surprisingly, despite all of the praise for this mixer, nobody from these here parts expressed an interest in buying it. _________________ Best regards,

Frankly, I think eBay is a very good way to go to get this mixer (and audio equipment in general). As long as you're buying from someone with a good and extensive feedback record! _________________ Best regards,

I agree with the e-bay purchases. The whole buyer beware thing is in effect when doing so though.
The 1202 VLZ unit I got from BSW had been completely checked out by Mackie and came with the full manufactures warranty. Seemed sweet to me. |
