I am a Dj from North America and would like to submit a request for a voiceover which I think it says is free to help build your portfolio. The voiceover will be used on a freely distributed mixed tape cd that we distribute in our community to the hiphop oriented youth. What I'm basically looking for is something like the script below.

Can anyone tell me what language this is? I don't think I speak it.
