Egads, thank you but I can't stand it. I've been (mentally) working on a new design for months but haven't had time to quite put that plan into action yet.

It's too cheesy as-is. I'm a big fan of cheese, but that's a bit much. It's starting to stink like the inside of Paxton & Whitfield!

Jeff, my son's girlfriend recently graduated from college with a graphic arts degree. I have sent an email to my son to find out if she has a web site. I can post her contact information or PM you if you are interested.

I asked for something a bit more old school after choosing a basic design.

Here were some proofs I got back. Nothing too fancy, but I like it (the first one is my personal fav; simple and to the point, but more detail on the mic would be preferred):

& no Deebs, this is just for letterheads, mailing labels, etc. I have something similar, but a little different for business cards (actually you have one).

/admits we're still at the "let's try this and see what happens" stage of development

what would happen if the base of the mic were that same steel grey colour that's used as highlights in the head of the mic and the shadow under that purple line under your name, i wonder?

just a thought! Embarrassed

Jeff,

You simply must check out thelogocompany.net

I have used them for every logo I've needed, samples below.

You won't be disappointed and you can't beat the price.

LOL!

It's a sickness... I admit it.

If I didn't use them or rent them out, I'd see it as a real problem (it's sad to see so many folks who have these huge mic lockers, yet never use most of them).

Sir,

I have enjoyed what you have you say, and your point of view intrigues me.

Might I sign up for your newsletter?

//seriously I like how those folks do business and the price is rather reasonable.

Jeff,

I got a message back from my son. His girlfriend, Lindsay, doesn't have a web site yet but if you would like to contact her she can be reached at

rattyorie@gmail.com

I haven't seen any of her logo work but I have seen some of her design projects. She has done some design work for advertisers in Travelhost, the in hotel travel magazine, as well.
