Gosh, Banksey, I'm sorry to hear about the diabetes. Hope this time of dietary restriction zips by fast & you're eventually able to enjoy occasional treats with meals. (My diabetic friend tells me the rules have eased up a bit since the old days.) In any case, it's a proven fact that you know how to take direction...so follow your doctors orders!

Gee Phillip, that sucks... But you'd be amazed at how far they've come with sugar free chocolate these days. Mmmmm..... some of it's really good.
