I offered to help out a group of University students who had a project to create a commercial by using an existing one and matching it as closely as possible. I only had to give them dry audio, so it was about 10 minutes of time for me. They wanted to do all the processing. The bit had 2 parts, so I did them both. Unfortunately the main part was originally done by Sam Elliott! Yeah, trying to sound like that is a lost cause. Anyhow, I gave them a read, shot them the audio, they put it together and ended up getting a 4.0.

LOL. Yeah, they did a bit of processing on that bit, didn't they? They had fun with it and I had fun doing it. I made them promise if they become big time producers they have to give a shout out to me when they get up on stage to accept their award.
