I think there's more truth in Robert's "rendition" than the Howcast "joke".

In the HowTo, they forgot to mention that the demo should be cut in an "acoustically treated" kitchen studio. Pots and pans of various sizes hanging on the wall do double duty as Hemholtz Resonators and spaghetti cookers. Mastering how to handhold a $3 microphone is essential in order to capture the nuances of your voice that set you apart. And don't forget that special software that takes out unwanted background noise. You'll find the "Upstairs toilet flushing" filter especially useful. If only ProTools had that handy feature . . . but I digress.

I think you can get a nice plug-in for that one.

I bought the Premium 'Kids whining in the distance' and 'neighbours having a new floor fitted' plug-ins.....I can really recommend them.
