Whoever did the IVR for Fidelity did a good job, but having listened to her say "Thank you for waiting., All of our BLAH BLAH BLAH" over and over again for more than 20 minutes now is killing me! I'm on my cell phone too! Thank goodness for rollover minutes. |

Still on hold, by the way.
My mother set up an IRA in my name when I turned 21. I never bothered to do anything with it. So, here we are 11 years later and it seems like maybe I should change the address to reflect where I live now...as opposed to 4 cities ago. Also adding my wife to the account so she can flip something in there from an old job of hers.
ADDED: and now, at :29 past the hour it hung up on me. They must have closed.
The deal is I called, and got a real person in about 30 seconds who helped me with the security stuff and address change. Then she put me on hold and I sat forever. But now that I have a login I think I can do it online. |
