Hi Gang!
Has anyone had any experience using the USB Snowball Mic? How have you found it?
Or, do you have any experience with/feedback on, the Samson, C01U - USB Studio Condenser Mic?
Or, any other USB mics you care to recommend from your experience, as being really good?
Thanks guys! _________________ Intuit and do it!

True what Jeffrey said. The archives abound with discussion of these two.
However, I've done some comparison of the two mics you ask about, and I use the Samson almost every day. I just got my Blue snowball back from Blue (there was a small problem with the USB port on the back, which they fixed quite promptly free of charge and sent me a "loaner" while they did).
I find that the Blue needs a bit more gain adjustment than the Samson does. However, that works well when I am doing things where shouting or screaming is needed; whereas I end up using the Samson for most of my "straight" documentary stuff. Maybe I'll put together a little A/B test soon and post it. If you want more details on the two mics, PM me.

Really appreciate your help!
p.s. thanks CC for the offer to PM you. Maybe later if I have more specific questions? _________________ Intuit and do it!
