Bravery has its limits...

Connie you should know by now that this is actually just male chest beating. You know, my certs are bigger than your certs.

It isn't the size of the cert, but how you use it.

OMG, Connie, I laughed out loud at that!
I finally got a cell phone about 8 years ago when it was just too complicated to explain to my dad why he had to punch in HIS phone number when he was calling MY pager!

The only way I could explain a fax machine was "It's a copier that sends the copy to someone on the other end of the phone line."

Sorry for the threadjack, but trying to explain technology to those of the pre-internet/cell phone age is a CHALLENGE! Shocked Explode

But now I know who to call!

Yeah, I'll do it. If I can walk some of the PhD types around here through stuff, I can handle your Mom. They are much worse when they THINK they know everything.

What a guy - but I think I'll save you for myself! Mom paid for tech support and they can access her desktop and fix it that way...

Connie, there's a setting in options that will tell OE to empty the Deleted Items folder when you close the program. That's the easiest way to handle it.

Or, I think she can right-click on Deleted Items and select Empty the Deleted Items Folder (or something to that effect)

Thanks Lou - it does seem simple - but it just isn't anymore. I'm happy she forked over the cash for tech support.
