Another vote for the fan. I used one for years... but frankly, I ought to be able to do it without, so I've stopped using it.

It's a little tougher to fall asleep now, but I seem to get more rest when I do.

My wife and I both love our ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It's on every night of the year.

Same with ours!

Although on the lowest speed setting it's been humming lately. Ugh.

We've got central heat & air, but the ceiling fans help keep it moving.

At our old place, we installed a really spiffy Trane HVAC system with a variable speed blower and a dual-mode thermostat that would run the blower at a really low, quiet speed to keep air moving in the house.

Then we moved like a month later Frown

This place could stand to get the whole system revamped...it wasn't very well planned out...but I just don't wanna spend the $$ on it...it's "good enough" for now.

(although I may change my tune once it's 100 degrees this summer if the baby's room isn't nice and cool)
