See, this type of comment just about inspires me toward another episode of "Philip Bonks" Theatre...featuring Ben Savings and Loan. This episode will be called....."My Voice Is So Much Better Than Yours....I Need You All To Pay My Way to the Big Apple So I Can You Tell You to Your Face."

Sorry, your humor has rubbed off on me, Philip. This joke comes directly from page 42 of the Big Banks Book of Jokes.

And she trumps us both with the funniest line of the thread.

Nice work, DB.

Life would be pretty dull without either the drama or you. Keep 'em coming, Blue.

Should this be in events? No. Should we start a Non-event section?

As you're NOT a client, that's fine. For Ben I mean, not you.

You'd be amazed at who reads the VO-BB. 237 emails expressing an interest in my "event". A couple of New York based agencies sent a note to their clients along the lines of "... you may be interested to know".

Had to explain that it was just an idea and in any event there would only be room for around 40 people.

Needless to say an email was sent thanking the agents who kindly put me on their things you may like to do list.

you could always ask them to pay for an extended visit, so you could accommodate all of their talent, provide you with unfettered access to a studio with ISDN for your bookings, etc.

I mean, why the hell not, right?

Philip,

If you're coming, I'll be there. As long as it's not the weekend of the 20th and 21st of September. I'm all ready booked for work that weekend in Charleston, South Carolina.

Wow, that would be too awesome! And if it was in Boston in that time frame, I'd be all over it. However, I can't do NY at that time. I'll cry for missing it but will await pictures happily.
