Branston pickle. Yummy! Especially the fine (small) cut version, so it sits smoothly on the bread.
mango chutney and cheese sandwiches are also good! Guiness is divine...especially with black current juice in it (picked that tip up from a tour of the Guiness brewery!).
Edinburgh rocks! I would love to go to the Fringe Festival. maybe next year!!!
