Does anyone else look for VO work there? I've tried it for a few months and I constantly get underbidded. What are these guys working for, free paper clips? _________________ Tom Dheere - The "H" is Silent, but I'm Not!

If it's only a bout the price, then steer clear or you might find yourself lowballing yourself just to compete. Offer quality at your rates and you'll probably land some gigs. _________________ Jeff

I'm definitely not compromising my rates, but I'm just wondering how long I should keep at it there. _________________ Tom Dheere - The "H" is Silent, but I'm Not!

i've done some "hiring" through elance - mostly web stuff - VERY heavy on the "outsourcing" - lots of near-east individuals & companies. not a criticism - but an observation. _________________ "i know philip banks": todd ellis

I paid for an Elance membership for a year...and made $125. Way heavy on super-low budgets and underbidding. Not worth the time or effort. _________________ www.dereksvoice.com |
