Amazing. The scale of the first is amazing. I have to see that in person. And the color of the 2nd is magnificent. _________________ Hart Voice Overs Blog

Thanks everyone. I'd take credit for the great photos, but I was shooting in auto mode that day. I did not want to miss anything as I tried to figure out what shutter speed went with what aperture settings
If you are going, I do recommend spending some money to do the tour. It was like $1,000 or so for both of us and it lasted 10 hours. From the low altitude plane trip over the canyon in the early morning to floating on pontoon boats among some of the most incredible scenery ever and having lunch in the canyon. Way cool to say the least. Grand Canyon Airlines was the company I believe. _________________ Ben

...and stop in to see CourVO while you're this close...
I happened to be gone that week Ben was here, but there's always next time!

I know I might sound like a bubble head for saying this . But the Grand Canyon is really big. Those are beautiful shots. I felt like I was there looking at it. The colours are gorgeous. I must go and see it.
I like your beautiful iris as well, Kara!
This is from a very famous, pretty village in England. It's Gold Hill in Shaftsbury. I took the pic on my mobile, since I didn't have my camera with me at the time. Now I use it sometimes as the screensaver on my phone.
